  Terms for Consulting Services:
• Consulting rate per hour with an on-site minimum of 2 hours will be applied to standard consultations.
• Telephone and email consultations are billed in 1/4 hour increments with a 1/4 hour minimum.
• Evening (after 6:00pm, M-F) and weekend appointments are billed at time-and-a-half.
• Depending on the assignment, travel time may be billed. Travel time charges, if required, will be discussed with the client.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are billed a standard one hour cancellation fee.
Emergency Consultations:
• Schedule permitting, "Emergency" troubleshooting and diagnostics are billed at time and a half per hour with a minimum of two hours.
• All other conditions apply as above at the emergency rate.
Scheduling:
• It is recommended that consultation visits are scheduled at least 5 days in advance. Schedule permitting, shorter notices will be accepted.
• Any visit scheduled with short notice may be considered an "Emergency Consultation". If that is the case, alrx.net will inform the client that the specific visit is considered an "Emergency Consultation" and treated as described above.
